Twinkle Narang serves as Manager – Transaction Fulfilment at Stride Ventures, Gurugram. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from the Krishna Institute of Law. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from P.G.D.A.V. College, University of Delhi.

With over five and half years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and regulatory compliance, she has worked with TMF Group, Archer & Angel, and RKKR Finance Private Limited. Her expertise includes compliance management relating to foreign investment, incorporation of entities, and the issuance of equity and debt securities through private placements, preferential allotments, and rights issues. Her professional experience enables seamless transaction fulfilment and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements.
