Purvasha is a lawyer with over seven years of professional experience. Prior to joining Stride Ventures as in-house counsel, she worked at Rajaram Legal, Anand and Anand, and TMT Law Practice, where her primary areas of focus included private equity, venture capital, M&A, general corporate advisory, intellectual property, and the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.
She has advised companies and investors on transactions ranging from seed to late-stage equity financing and strategic acquisitions. Additionally, she has managed domestic and international trademark portfolios for numerous Fortune 500 companies and provided advisory support, assisting clients with brand strategy management across diverse industries and sectors.
In her current role at Stride Ventures, she oversees the legal and compliance functions, delivering practical and effective legal solutions to address the firm’s day-to-day requirements.
Outside work I enjoy
